From the teacher, Madame Brion
Bonjour! I was born in Versailles, France. In my teenager years, I taught on a weekly basis English, and tennis. After getting my Bachelor’s degree in Paris in International Business and Marketing, I traveled and worked abroad for a few months. At the end of my traveling, I decided to go back to school to get a license in teaching French as a Second Language so that I could combine traveling and something I had always done and enjoyed. After completing this licensing program, I moved to San Francisco where I taught French for a few years to children, teens and adults in different schools and settings. I, then took, a position as a Director of a language school but went back to teaching after three years because I missed the direct contact with the students.
After five years of teaching in a prestigious private catholic school, I was ready for another challenge. I heard about Madrone Trail and decided to move to Southern Oregon. I am currently the School Director and French teacher at Madrone Trail Public Charter School and I am scheduled to finish my Masters in Education at SOU this Fall.
